Seras Victoria

My brother and I couldn't figure out what we wanted to draw so we decided to give eachother a certain character to draw. I gave him Mikoto from School Rumble and he gave me (as you can already tell) Seras Victoria from Hellsing. Hope you like. ^.^

Oh, one more thing, I know I haven't been around much lately, but I AM still drawing. So, if you see some improvement, that's why.

Update: Tweaked the colors a bit. Went whit a little more contrast and saturation.
